The Kids Had A Large Stick and The Dogs Really Wanted It!!
So much has been happening in these last three weeks. New Job, New Car and Still loving my New married life. God has been blessing us so much, and providing in amazing ways. Right when we are in a tight pinch God some how gives us JUST what we need. It's incredible to see everything he is doing for us.
Starting with our car! We got our Car about $2,000 dollars cheaper then the asking price. With out proof of income and we had no money to put down for a down payment. But we were able to get our 2002 Toyota Camry and at our asking price of under $200 a month of our payments! Thank you Lord!!! :-)
I finally after about a month of looking and applying I got a wonderful job. God knew exactly what he was doing. I am working for a wonderful Christian family who has three children. 2 boys and 1 girl, they are quite a handful a lot of the time. But I am learning how to work with them and they are starting to listen to me better. I am being very firm with the time outs, and they are starting to behave better for me and we are all enjoying our time more together. They were really testing me at first, but now it's getting easier everyday. Also the family get free cans of Pepsi products, and they have given me a number of sodas. Which is a blessing because I was able to give a bunch to my in-laws for the reception they are throwing for Zack and I and my sister in-law Megan and her husband Mike who just got married last month.
As for married life Zack and I are doing wonderful. Our love for each other grows everyday. Yes we've had one or two bigger disagreements, but God has blessed us with wonderful communication. We sit down and talk things out even if we don't feel like it at the moment. I believe this is really helping keep out marriage healthy and happy. Zack is such an amazing husband ALWAYS helping around the house. When I cook he dose the dishes, I have NEVER asked him too, He is ALWAYS starting laundry and putting it in the dryer. All I have to do most of the time is fold it, and put it away. I don't take him for granted ever, I see how lucky I am to have such an loving and caring husband. Life is of course not always perfect, I've been really sick so we have been having to take me to the doctors a lot for my allergies, and we didn't have our car while it was getting fixed (the 4 hours turned into three days) and the loaner they gave me had a dead battery in it so we had to jump it to get it started sometimes. But in the mist of everything, we keep our eyes focused on the Lord and try to see all the good instead of stressing over the bad. Which of course is NOT easy! But we do our best!
So God has really been blessing my life lately with great, wonderful, exciting new things! And I am so beyond thankful for it all! Thanks for taking the time to read my blog! God Bless You All!!! :-)
