Being A Mommy

Right now I am 28 weeks & 2 days pregnant with our first son Bryson! I am so excited I am FINALLY a mommy! I've been a watching other peoples children for over 10 years and ever since then I've wanted my own sweet child. Well here in April of this year I will finally get to hold the little Bundle Of Joy squirming and moving inside me.

My husband and I are SOOOO excited! We know it's going to be hard at times, but it's such a blessing! Our little guy moving growing inside of me could not be more wanted and loved by both sides or our family and of course his daddy and I!

Can't wait to meet you little Bryson Zackery! We love you!

Being almost 35 weeks pregnant it's really hitting me he is going to be here so soon. All these thoughts run through my head. "I'm I going to be a good mommy?" "Will I make it through Labor okay?" "Why am I so terrified to give birth?" "Will everything go okay?" "Can I really have him all natural?" "Will he come on his own?" AHHHH....haha!!

I am learning though, my husband is going to be there with me know matter what. He will never leave my side. But not only Zack will be there. But the Lord almighty will be there comforting me and cheering me on. Those two are I need to make it through this labor and delivery coming so soon.

All I know is I am so happy God has allowed me the gift of being a mommy. All I've ever wanted in life is to be a wife, mommy and missionary. Which I know beyond a doubt that being a missionary is not put on hold just because I have a son and a husband. There are so many people in my everyday life that need someone to listen to them, encourage them, and let them know of God's love. I am not giving up on doing that just because God has blessed me with a family.

I want to set a good example of what my sweet baby boy should look for and expect in a wife. Someone loving, kind, compassionate towards others, who never gives up on what God has for them. A woman who puts God first above all. I want my sweet boy to grow up knowing what a true woman looks like. Just like his daddy will teach him what a true man looks like. Zack is so gentle with me, never harsh, he helps out around the house, he's never to proud to show he loves God. Bryson truly has a great father, and we will both teach him to love the Lord with all his heart and he will know of God's love for him. When things get rough we will give it to the Lord because WE are not and will never be perfect parents or people. But God is perfect in every way. He is the best example for our sweet boy!
