Mom's Amazing Sloppy Joes
I Made Mom's Sloppy Joes!!!
These turned out amazing! My mom has the best recipe for sloppy Joes! They are so easy to make as well! All you need are four simple ingredients! Ketchup, Mustard, Brown Sugar and Hamburger! You simply just add to taste. There isn't really a measurement, we just go by taste. All though I would say be careful with the mustard because it can be over powering to the other flavors if you add to much!
You simply just cook the hamburger in a frying pan. Then after it cooked you add the Ketchup, Mustard and Brown Sugar. Cook on low for 5-10mins with all ingredients in just to mix in flavor well.
My husband really enjoys these. My mom made them for our wedding rehearsal dinner because he likes them so much. I've made them twice this month because he is such a big fan! :~)
Crock Pot Chicken Parmesan
Not the best picture, but it was so very Yummy!
~ 2-4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
~ 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese
~ 1/4 t black pepper
~ 1/4 t kosher salt
~ 1 TBSP olive oil
~ Any seasons you like
~ Sliced or shredded mozzarella cheese
~ Favorite jarred marinara sauce
Spread the 1 TBSP of olive oil into the bottom of your crockpot stoneware insert. Season your chicken with your favorite seasonings, and add Parmesan cheese.
Place the chicken breast pieces in the bottom of the crockpot. Layer 2-3 slices or 1-2 cups of mozzarella cheese on top, depending on how much cheese you like.
Cover chicken and cheese with entire jar of marinara sauce. Close lid and cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4.
Serve with your favorite pasta.
My husband was a big fan of this meal. He is always so thankful to come home to a nice dinner hot and ready for him after a long day of work. :-)
